Through my research, education and experience I have created a step by step process to get consistent results with all of my clients.
It is so efficient because I cover every aspect of fat loss and getting in shape. The program includes:
Intitial Assessment: We run through your lifestyle, fitness, exercise history, diet, body type and more. I look at every aspect to assist in creating a fast effective program.
Primal Food Plan: A natural and whole foods plan using information from your assessment to create a fat loss program that is easier to implement and does not involve starving yourself or calorie counting.
Progressive Training Program: We follow a progressive exercise program that is specific to you and your fitness while safely pushing your body to become more metabolic and burn more fat. I use exercise methods that are scientifically proven to be most efficient for fat loss, these include Compund Resistance Circuits, Metabolic Circuits, Tabatas/Intervals, Boxing and Core Conditioning.
Training sessions can be done at my personal training gym in Bournemouth town centre, outdoors or at your own home.
Clear Focus Program: A goal setting, motivation and support strategy that creates clear and defined goals and supports you through the ‘mental and emotional battle’ with reviews, homework and activities. This is great for helping you develop a healthier lifestyle for long lasting results.
