Adam Clark Personal Training - Bournemouth's best! I moved to Bournemouth and was looking for a personal trainer to help me achieve fitness after working in a sedentary job. I called Adam Clark. From start to finish his approach was professional, and highly effective. His methods make perfect sense, particularly those centred round nutrition. His advice was sound and grounded, and as a personal trainer, he was supportive, understanding of my needs, and also highly rewarding - I never felt like I was standing still, always pushing myself harder, and feeling your fitness improve week on week has to be one of the best feelings ever. That's what a personal trainer should do for you! I also attended some bootcamp sessions before I departed from Bournemouth. He's great at presenting the sessions, they're fast-paced and fun! You will get a great workout guaranteed! I'd highly recommend Adam Clark Personal Training. One of my highlights of my time in Bournemouth.

Adam Clark Personal Trainer Bournemouth After I moved back to Bournemouth I knew that I needed a personal trainer to get me back in shape. So after some research on Adam Clark's site I was all set to meet up with him. After a chat about my goals and and my history we were in the gym finding out how I coped with the weights. I was hooked from then on and it was then just a matter how often I can train! Adam Clark's Personal Training style is varied and challenging and is guaranteed to get results.
